Veronique Morel
Branch Principal
Veronique Morel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, a Chartered Wealth Manager and a Branch Principal at Raymond James with over 20 years experience in the financial industry.
She graduated with a bachelor in International Finance and passed various industry examinations (Series 7, Series 3, FSA, PCIAM Private Client Investment Advice and Management level 6. Veronique on a yearly basis is accredited Statement of Professional Standing and is additionally RDR compliant. Previously she was a vice president and European team leader at Merrill Lynch, ahead of joining Raymond James in 2014.
Veronique was a finalist Wealth Manager of the Year 2020 and nominated for a Professional Adviser Award 2021. She is also a finalist for the Professional Advisers’ Investment Manager of the Year – UK and London, and Women of the Year – ESG.
In addition to the above, Veronique is on the judging panel for Sustainable and ESG investments awards as well as a judge the Women in Investment Awards for Investment Week.
Veronique has been appointed to the investment committee of the RCDOW Church as the first woman to manage the charity’s assets. Veronique has a strong background in international investments covering many sectors and investment products. She is also chairman of the PTA for Eaton Square School where she has a keen interest in developing the new generation’s financial knowledge as well as providing careers talks to the University of Westminster.
When she is not working, Veronique enjoys spending time with her 2 children and family pets, travelling, and attending various cultural/social/sports/food events. In 2022, Veronique was elected to the Guild of Investment Managers.
Fun fact: She won a bronze medal in Karate in a World Championship in 2017!
